What you will be doing:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions using Kafka, Boomi, and .NET (API).
  • Ensure integration solutions align with business needs and best practices, incorporating error handling, data security, scalability, and compliance with architectural standards.
  • Work closely with solution architects to define integration strategies, patterns, and L2 Integration Architecture.
  • Collaborate with product managers and IT department leads to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Partner with factory teams to develop integration solutions aligned with the Factory of the Future initiative.
  • Conduct research on emerging integration technologies and recommend tools, platforms, and solutions to enhance our integration framework.
  • Oversee the health and performance of integration solutions, troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including design specifications, workflows, and operational guides.
  • Provide mentorship and training to junior developers and team members.

What you bring:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in integration design and development, with expertise in Kafka, Boomi, and .NET (API).
  • Strong knowledge of integration principles and patterns, including publish/subscribe, request/response, and event-driven architectures.
  • Experience with messaging systems like Kafka and RESTful APIs for system communication.
  • Understanding of complex data formats, data transformation, and multi-system process configurations.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, or similar).
  • Comfortable working in a Linux server environment.
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Willingness to travel.
