Act as the primary technical point of contact for team-owned solutions, helping manage day-to-day technical discussions
Provide strong technical guidance and mentorship to CMS development teams, fostering growth and technical excellence
Design, implement, and manage updates to CMS content integrated into Next.js web applications
Ensure smooth and scalable integration of the CMS with eCommerce APIs and the organizations content architecture
Manage the configuration and upkeep of the CMS to support overall digital and content strategies
Advocate for modern development principles such as Clean Code, Clean Architecture, and methodologies like DDD, BDD, and TDD
Support agile practices like pair programming, peer code reviews, continuous integration, and continuous delivery
Assist the Team Manager in recruiting new talent and integrating them into the team
Wymagania
Min. 2 years of experience as a Frontend Technical Lead/Lead Developer/Frontend Architect, including mentoring developers - ideally within international, multicultural, and remote team environments
Proficient in Agile development methodologies (such as Scrum and XP), with hands-on involvement in DevOps practices
Skilled in project and product coordination, supporting teams with organization, prioritization, and translating business needs into technical solutions
In-depth experience with headless CMS platforms, preferably Contentful
Advanced knowledge of modern web development technologies including JavaScript and frameworks like Next.js
Strong grasp of UX design principles, accessibility standards, and best practices for frontend development
Solid understanding of design systems and their implementation
Experience working with HTML and CSS, with a focus on layout, specificity, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility
Exceptional diagnostic, debugging, and technical troubleshooting capabilities
Fluent in both spoken and written English
