Pixel Power Management Software team leads creating and supporting software solutions to Manage, Measure and Monitor Pixel device power along with Detection, Attribution and Mitigation of Power issues in order to improve Battery Life for Pixel devices and by extension the Android ecosystem for a great end user experience with Battery Life.

responsibilities :
Lead and guide a high-performing engineering team, providing both people leadership and direct software contributions.
Design, develop, and implement advanced software and firmware solutions for Pixel power optimization.
Mentor engineers and review team designs and code to ensure technical excellence, quality, and adherence to development best practices.
Serve as the go-to technical expert to debug and triage complex power issues, driving root-cause analysis and resolution.
Prioritize and drive optimization goals for system power, latency, and overall stability.
requirements-expected :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience with software development with C or C++.
3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
3 years of experience working with embedded operating systems.
