Your responsibilities:

• Collaborating with Solution Architects in the design and assessment of solutions
• Collaborating with Engineers in the delivery of solutions
• Planning, managing, and executing internal and cross-functional project and delivery
• Being a subject matter expert on our suite of platforms and services in development
• Keep up to date with platform and service roadmaps
• Collaborating with Engineering teams in other regions and globally
• Championing good development practices
• Removing technical blockers for individuals and teams
• Resolving technical and security incidents
• Building and maintaining good relationships with technology, product, and operations teams
• Identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies in processes hindering performance or progress and proposing measurable and risk-managed solutions
• Reporting against OKRs and KPIs
• Supporting and collaborating with other Tech Leads
• Technically competent to script, code and build
• The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a Developer/Engineer and 3 years leading Engineers and cross-functional teams in delivering changes to large-scale, large-volume SaaS-based data platforms.
• Be creative, innovative, and have a positive, can-do attitude
• Be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
• Have experience working for businesses undergoing digital transformation and rapid change
• Support and motivate others in the team
• Be both good at working alone and working with others
• Be comfortable scripting and developing code in a broad range of languages
