• Implementation of the product vision and planning of the product roadmap
• Formulating and prioritizing the needs of stakeholders and the service team
• Participation and focus on the story sprint
• Pursuing a continuous product improvement / enhancement approach
• Responsible for managing the product backlog
• Create and build the Product Backlog. If change requests are made to the Product Backlog, it is the Technical Lead who makes the decisions and defines the specifications
• Ensuring visibility and transparency of the product backlog for everyone and clarity about the next tasks to be completed
• Understand the needs of the users; therefore, he writes the user stories and takes care of prioritization
• Translate the stories into functions
• Definition of precise rules for adding or changing functionalities
• Creation of validation tests, etc.

• Experience in Backup Products and Backup Strategy: Several years of experience in managing, deploying and maintaining backup products
• Project and Management Skills: Proven experience in leading IT projects and planning. Team player, committed and self-initiated, drives the constant changes
• Good command of written and spoken English (min. C1 level), good communication skills
• Technical Expertise: Understands business needs and has sufficient digital background knowledge to recognize technical issues
• Analytical and Communication Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to different auditoriums
