We are looking for a Technical Lead in Backend Development for our Scandinavian Client (Stockholm HQ). The Client is revolutionizing global operations for multinational companies by streamlining and centralizing their mobile plans, reducing costs, and enhancing efficiency. As a venture capital-backed firm, they are determined to emerge as the worlds largest Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO), measured by subscriber count. A strategy involves establishing agreements with network operators across North America, Europe, and Asia to provide mobile plans to both companies and consumers worldwide. Our Client is looking to build the backend for the company BSS (business support system) for a mobile operator that operates in multiple countries including the development of the customer interface.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead specializing in backend development and architecture to lead the design, development, and maintenance of our Business Support System (BSS), willing to be "part of the team" in a startup environment. As a Technical Lead, you will play a key role in shaping the technical direction and strategy for our Client’s BSS platform, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience working as Tech Lead and managing a team.
Minimum five years experience in backend development with expertise in technologies such as Java, Python, Node.js, etc.
Strong knowledge of the Azure cloud platform environment.
Strong understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL databases) and data modeling for complex systems.
Experience with Infrastructure as a code (IaaC) and large system architecture.
Experience with microservices architecture, API design, and RESTful services.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in production environments.
Willingness to take responsibility, commit and be a driving force in your area of expertise within the project.
