We are seeking an experienced Technical Leader to lead an Application Migration Project for our client as part of a Data Center Migration Program. The role involves planning, coordinating, and executing migrations of business applications to new environments. This is for you if you excel in complex technical projects and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document current application states and define migration goals.
• Develop target architectures and migration plans.
• Guide teams in adapting and testing applications.
• Set up new environments and specify infrastructure requirements.
• Create live documentation and test deployment scenarios.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure success.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in application migration and transformation projects.
• Knowledge of AWS/Azure, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and middleware.
• Understanding of transaction systems, performance optimization, and infrastructure.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills in English.
