We are looking for a Technical Lead to design, develop, and support solutions architecture for a key client. This role will drive architectural improvements and lead development efforts toward a global enterprise migration.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand business needs in e-Mobility and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead architectural design with architects, product owners, and developers.
• Document architectural designs and handle coding tasks (~40-50%).
• Hybrid work setup; presence required in the Warsaw office 1-2 days weekly.

Qualifications

Must-Have:

• Master’s in computer science, IT, engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in IT Development; 3+ years in Java (Java 16+, Groovy).
• Strong in Microservices Architecture, Kubernetes, SQL/NoSQL databases, CI/CD (SONAR, GitHub), Gradle.
• Strong AWS experience.
• C1 English and B2 Polish proficiency.

Nice-to-Have:

• Retail industry experience, knowledge of Kotlin, Python on AWS Lambda, TypeScript/JavaScript on AWS, and OpenAPI documentation.
