In Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) Client Services we are building inhouse solutions to support the onboarding and KYC activities of our customers. Amongst other things, we are building client facing applications for users to manage their activities with HSBC and orchestration capabilities to reduce the time it takes for clients and staff to complete these activities.
In this role, you will be driving engineering excellence across a global team to transform both the culture and the technology across our KYC applications. This role expects you to be hands-on engineering, leading our software delivery teams by example to build a first-in-class solution that’s iteratively delivered into the hands of our users. It also expects you to be influencing the wider group of engineers, architects and the business to ensure we are building the right products in the right ways.
