ABOUT THE TEAM

At Vend, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Insights – Journeys powers our CRM across Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland.

  • CRM supports B2B customer lifecycle, playing a crucial role in our Order-to-Cash and Sales processes.
  • Our Kraków-based technical team leads the customization and maintenance of the CRM platform.
  • We support over 300 sales professionals across four marketplace verticals: Real Estate, Jobs, Mobility, and Recommerce.
  • Our roadmap includes innovation in digital sales and marketing automation, with increased focus on Customer Insights – Journeys.
  • Core tech stack includes C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Microsoft Azure.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Technical Lead to grow and guide our Dynamics 365 CRM technical team in Kraków. This is a hands‑on leadership role with significant ownership of CRM architecture and delivery.

You will:

  • Own the end-to-end technical architecture of the CRM platform.
  • Drive design, development, integration, and deployment using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Collaborate with product owners, analysts, and stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives.
  • Design custom components using JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, and .NET.
  • Integrate with enterprise systems using REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps, Functions, Dataverse, and Service Bus.
  • Champion DevOps best practices including CI/CD with Azure DevOps or Git workflows.
  • Mentor and support team members to uphold high-quality code standards.
  • Troubleshoot, support, and deliver maintainable and scalable solutions.
  • Stay current with Dynamics 365 and emerging Microsoft technologies.

ABOUT YOU

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM architecture and development.
  • Solid knowledge of C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, .NET, and REST APIs.
  • Hands‑on experience in CRM customisation: plugins, workflows, web resources, and Power Automate.
  • Familiarity with cloud‑based system integration (preferably on Azure).
  • Strong DevOps and CI/CD mindset.
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder communication skills in a distributed team.
  • A business‑oriented and problem‑solving approach.
  • Proficiency in English at C1 level or higher.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with PowerApps or Snowflake.
  • Familiarity with frontend frameworks like React.
  • Microsoft Certifications, such as: Power Platform Solution Architect, Expert, Azure Developer Associate, Power Platform Developer
