about-project :
Curently, we are looking for an experienced Technical Knowledge Manager. This role is essential in ensuring that all relevant teams adhere to Knowledge Management (KM) processes.
Project information:
Location: 100% remote; occasionally travelling to Germany possible (once per couple of months)
Type of employment: B2B contract or employment contract
Remuneration: 140 - 170 PLN net + VAT per hour on B2B

responsibilities :
Managing all KM KPIs and procedures.
Creating and publishing knowledge objects and runbooks.
Identifying and implementing changes to the knowledge process.
Identifying exceptions and deviations, as well as management of these situations.
Communicating new and changed policies.
Identifying and implementing process improvements.
Creating, analyzing, and distributing process reports.
Notifying participants about non-compliance with standards and procedures.
Establishing measurements and targets to enhance knowledge effectiveness and efficiency.
Evaluating the performance of knowledge processes.
Refining, organizing, and storing knowledge using structured repositories.
Utilizing modern communication and collaboration technologies to support KM processes.
Effectively accessing, filtering, analyzing, accumulating, storing, communicating, and applying knowledge.
requirements-expected :
Proven experience and knowledge in Cloud IaaS/PaaS technologies, operating systems, and network architectures.
Familiarity with container solutions (Kubernetes and Docker; knowledge of Cloud Foundry is a plus).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in managing knowledge processes and procedures.
