Key responsibilities:
Incident Management:
- Monitoring issues in the P2.0 platform
- Conducting initial analysis
- Coordinating with clients to find a solution
- Documenting the case by creating a ticket in the HPESM tool
- Coordinating activities, properly updating the ticket, including documentation of the solution and business impact
- If necessary, addressing the root cause with client
Change Management:
- Agreeing on details in case of a change order
- Coordinating and documenting the event by creating a ticket in the HPESM tool, including all necessary documentation such as fallback plans and test documentation
- Supporting during implementation (monitoring, health checks)
Request Management:
- Monitoring incoming requests
- Processing and providing feedback to the requestor
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Unix/Windows, SQL (basics), and Oracle
- ITIL
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and German (minimum B2 level)
- Well-developed soft skills, including responsibility, active and constructive interaction with colleagues on the project, account project management, and customer/business partner relations (both technical and managerial, including product owners, organizational cell management, and technical team leads from the client side)
