About Our Client

For our Client - a well-established international industrial developer - we are seeking an experienced professional for the position of Technical Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full development and construction process of a portfolio of industrial projects.

Job Description

• Work closely with the Management Board to develop business strategy for industrial projects.
• Oversee the development and construction process.
• Lead site acquisition TDD, design, and permitting.
• Supervise the preparation of budgets, valuations, tenders, and proposals.
• Run bids and negotiations with general contractors.
• Manage construction and cost management areas.
• Assess and manage project risks and provide solutions to reduce or eliminate them.
• Support the Leasing Department in tenant management.
• Develop policies, procedures, and tools.
• Lead the technical team.

The Successful Applicant

• Masters Degree in Construction, Architecture, or a relevant field.
• 10+ years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on large-scale projects (preferably industrial schemes).
• Excellent leadership and management skills, including the ability to motivate and guide teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
• Thorough knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques.
• Very good English language skills.
