We’re seeking a Technical Design Analyst to act as a hybrid between a Solution Architect and Developer, specializing in Salesforce. Youll translate business needs into high-quality technical design documentation, align with internal architecture standards and support solution delivery through the full lifecycle.

Technical Design Analyst (Hybrid Solution Architect/Developer)

Your responsibilities

• Analyze user stories and clarify requirements with stakeholders
• Draft detailed solution design documentation in Confluence according to BD standards
• Collaborate with architects to align on technical feasibility and business objectives
• Present, facilitate, and refine design proposals in client/vendor calls
• Aid the development team during implementation and document changes for post-implementation review

• Proven techno-functional expertise bridging business requirements and technical solution design
• Strong BA capabilities: stakeholder communication, meeting prep, clear documentation of decisions
• Advanced hands-on Salesforce skills (VS Code, Workbench, and related tools)
• Solid knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, data modeling, and system architecture principles
• Fluent in English
