This is a technical role delivering new IT services into Deloitte, as part of a team involving wide range of different technologies. From on premise upgrades to complex cloud deployments and SaaS, this role offers the opportunity to build skills across many areas. On occasion, the solutions may involve technology new to the customer requiring a steep learning curve.
Working with the Solution Architect to understand and shape the Solution Design ensuring a smooth transition from the design to Implement phase.
Working as part of the technical delivery team including operations, SMEs and third parties to deploy the solutions and transition these to the live environment.
Production of high-quality Service Design documentation covering all aspects of the implemented solution.
Effective time and task management is an important skill.

requirements-expected :

Experience of a number of Enterprise technology solutions, such as Windows Server OS, Azure, AWS, SQL
Understanding of change management processes in a fully change managed environment (ITIL)
Knowledge of Windows architecture, deployment considerations and structured infrastructure methodologies
Ability to efficiently delegate tasks to appropriate team members
Sound understanding of risk identification and mitigation principles
Able to work independently without strong guidance or existing processes
