We seek, an experienced Technical Delivery Lead to join our Europe Innovation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communication, governance, planning, and proactive accountability for delivery tasks. Technical Delivery Lead, will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of projects and tasks related to AI projects for the region. The role owner will also play a key role in reviewing and implementing the requirements outlined in the EU AI Act.

• Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI, and overall IT
  and Cloud Platforms.
• Proficient in data analysis and possess strong analytical
  capabilities.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and governance skills.
  Strong planning and execution discipline.
• Proficient in documentation, presentation, and executive
  update preparation.
• Familiarity with the EU AI Act and its requirements is a
  plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic
  environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  effectively.

,[Management of EU AI Portfolio making required reviews, assessment for EU AI Act and improving the data quality working with product owners., Oversee the implementation of EU AI Act obligations by respective AI service owners., Manage AI governance tasks for 2 or 3 key projects, ensuring adherence to Banks AI Governance process including risk steward reviews and provide recommendations for risk mitigation., Obtain external hosting approvals for AI systems and ensure compliance with data sharing and privacy regulations., Oversee model risk management processes and ensure proper cybersecurity measures are in place., Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination., Develop and maintain documentation related to project plans, progress, and deliverables., Prepare executive updates and presentations to communicate project status and outcomes.
