Your responsibilities

1. Architect and design scalable and innovative solutions utilizing our software platform to meet the unique needs of our enterprise clients.
2. Lead technical teams in the implementation and delivery of projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality standards.
3. Collaborate with sales and presales teams to conduct needs assessments, develop technical proposals, and create Statements of Work (SoW) for client engagements.
4. Engage with C-Level executives and key stakeholders to understand business objectives, technical requirements, and present compelling solutions.
5. Act as a technical advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Document Management Systems (DMS), and/or Content Service Providers (CSP) technologies, as well as cloud architectures and best practices.
6. Proactively engage with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
7. Create comprehensive and clear documentation including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and implementation guides.
8. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Document Management Systems (DMS), and/or Content Service Providers (CSP) and cloud computing.

Your Profile

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Document Management Systems (DMS), and/or Content Service Providers (CSP).
2. Strong command of the English language; proficiency in an additional language, preferably French or Arabic, is a plus.
3. Demonstrated ability to technically lead large projects and architect complex solutions.
4. Awareness and proficiency in Presales activities, including SoW creation and services estimation.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage effectively with C-Level executives and key stakeholders.
6. Proactive and customer-facing attitude with a focus on understanding and meeting customer needs.
7. Experience working with cloud technologies and a strong understanding of cloud architectures.
8. Strong knowledge and experience in Architectural structures and scalability.
9. Proficient in creating comprehensive and clear documentation.
10. Familiarity with various programming languages and design principles.
