The recently established Financial Crime Prevention (FCP) function will further accelerate SEBs deployment of advanced financial crime prevention capabilities to continuously meet regulatory expectations and to become a leader in fighting financial crime. The FCP function is one of the largest consumers of data within SEB including customer, transaction, and product data, and where good data management is critical.
FCP is now strengthening the organization with a new Data Management Office to accelerate the FCP function ability to become genuinely Data driven. We are therefore looking to recruit several Technical Data Steward to join the team.
responsibilities :
Manage key initiatives under the FCP Data Program to accelerate the division’s transition to a data-driven business
Collect and prioritize all data requirements for the FCP function
Design and implement a data structure in Collibra FCP, providing data lineage capabilities to stakeholders
Ensure adherence to, adoption of, and continuous improvement in data policies, standards, and practices across FCP
Provide expertise in accessing critical data from data producers and resolve data integrity issues using Collibra
Guide data producers and FCP stakeholders on enhancing data accessibility from golden sources for transaction monitoring, KYC, sanctions, screening, and fraud
Identify the most appropriate sources of master data based on business functional usage
Drive and support new product approval committees and data decisions
Ensure close collaboration between the Data Governance team, FCP critical business functions, the Group Data Management Office (GDMO), and the IT function
Support the building of data lineage and design a data governance program for FCP
requirements-expected :
Extensive previous experience working within a Data or IT function as a Data Steward/Data Analyst or similar type of role
Understanding of data governance key data elements and Collibra assets model and implement change procedures for owned data assets
Ability to understand data solutions on Global Cloud platforms, and experience with migrating on-prem assets
Experience working with Google Cloud Big Query and Collibra (for data sharing agreements, GDPR assessments)
Analytical mind set to understand possible incidents with data and provide or design solutions to data producers
Proven experience in conducting data quality and integrity assessments
Knowledge about challenges for banks in the Data Management landscape
Passion about cloud journey and bringing value to the business
