Technical Data Analytics Manager Miejsce pracy: Warszawa Technologies we use Operating system Windows About the project We are looking for a Technical Data Analytics Manager to lead our Power BI development team and drive the growth of data reporting capabilities across the organization. In this role, you will shape the analytical strategy, ensure alignment with technology standards, and support business decision making by developing high quality reporting solutions. You will also be responsible for maintaining a stable analytical environment and developing the technical and business competencies of the team. Your responsibilities Lead and coordinate the work of the Power BI development team focused on support of Sales Force Team. Oversee the design and implementation of analytical and reporting solutions in line with technology and data strategy standards. Monitor the stability of the analytical environment and drive optimization and improvement initiatives. Enhance analytical tools and ensure the implementation of Data Quality standards and identify opportunities for process automation. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders: identify priorities, remove obstacles, and ensure efficient task execution. Understand business needs and translate them into reporting solutions that support strategic decision making. Develop both technical and business competencies within the team. Our requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, Power BI development, or IT project management. Proven experience in managing IT or analytics teams. Strong background in designing and developing BI solutions. Excellent knowledge of BI, DAX, semantic models, Azure, Databricks, SQL, and Lakehouse architecture. Knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate Platform. Solid understanding of reporting architectures, governance, and data security principles. Ability to assess data quality and implement Data Quality standards. Higher education (preferred fields: Data Science, IT, Data Engineering, IT Project Management, Technology Management). Strong leadership skills and ability to develop team competencies. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills both in Polish and English.
