responsibilities :
Respond to and resolve incoming support requests via our ticketing system. Tickets will be auto-translated from Danish
Troubleshoot and investigate technical issues related to the CMS or client websites
Collaborate with developers and product specialists when deeper technical expertise is needed
Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients, ensuring they feel heard and supported
Contribute to internal documentation and help improve our support processes, including training of AI chatbot
requirements-expected :
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
Experience with CMS platforms and website management
Strong technical flair and a solid understanding of how websites and web technologies work (HTML, CSS, domains, hosting, etc.).
Proven experience in customer service or technical support
A proactive and structured approach to problem-solving
Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
