Summary: The role of the Technical Copywriter focuses on creating and maintaining clear and user-friendly documentation to support the company's self-serve advertising platform.
Main Responsibilities:
Write, edit, and maintain platform copy to ensure clarity and consistency.
Develop and update user manuals, FAQs, and help center content.
Create engaging and easy-to-follow feature walkthroughs and demo guides.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate technical concepts into accessible language.
Ensure all documentation reflects the latest product updates and releases.
Establish and enforce style guidelines and content standards for technical writing.
Collect feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously improve content quality and usability.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in technical writing or content creation .
Native English proficiency.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles .
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple language.
Nice to Have:
Experience in the ad tech or software development industries.
Familiarity with content management systems.
Background in journalism or communications.
