Maintaining and developing Help Center articles and resources

Reviewing technical documentation to ensure clarity and customer-friendliness
Drafting engaging copy for product newsletters and customer communications

requirements-expected :

Strong proficiency in English and Polish (written and spoken)
Knowledge of additional languages such as German, Italian, or Spanish will be considered a strong advantage
A modern approach to content localisation, with a focus on quality and context
Relevant degree, preferably in English Philology or a related field
Ability to adapt writing to both marketer-friendly and product-specific language
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Openness, flexibility, and a team-oriented mindset
Familiarity with eCommerce
Experience with SaaS products, marketing, or marketing automation
Hands-on knowledge of Jira and Figma
Curiosity about AI and experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to boost productivity
