Technical Consulting Engineer (Networking) - Early in Career, Krakow

Location: Krakow, Poland (We follow a hybrid work approach with some office presence required - 2-3 days per week on average.)

Meet the Team

  • Support Services: Opportunity to work with and become one of the top engineers in your desired technology field. Your team is a strategic partner to customers, resolving network incidents, preventing technical issues, and utilizing Cisco Technical Assistance Labs with assets worth over $650M to stay updated on innovations.
  • Professional Services: Focuses on Ciscos premium customers, developing complex designs, implementing groundbreaking technologies globally, and providing optimization services across security, networking, collaboration, mobility, data center, and software domains.
  • Managed Services: Manages large infrastructures in the public or private sector, reducing vulnerabilities, optimizing data center performance, maintaining uptime, and leveraging automation and analytics.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate or final year student in a related field; equivalent experience accepted.
  • Willingness to communicate in English (verbal and written).
  • Passion for networking, software, IT, or computer science.
  • Interest in technologies such as Routing, Switching, Data Center, Security, Virtualization, Collaboration, Wireless, or Network automation, or a strong willingness to learn.
  • Eligible to work in Poland without visa or work permit sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of related technologies, Cisco Certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, DEVASC) or industry-recognized certifications is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese, German, French, Italian, Greek, or Spanish is beneficial.
