Handle all technical elements involved in the setup and execution of online campaigns Test various new solutions to improve campaign performance and efficiency Design, conduct, and analyze A/B tests to identify opportunities for optimizing campaigns and targeting strategies Keep a close eye on campaign performance, diving deep into data to uncover insights. Identify and implement strategies to optimize processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness to meet both internal and external objectives Provide technical support and training for team members Come up with ideas on how to better target ads and look through lots of data to see if these ideas work Create sample programs and scripts to process data using tools like SQL, Python, and Jupyter Notebooks Minimum 2 years in a technical role related to online campaigns, digital marketing, or ad technology Technical Proficiency: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, RTB House, Criteo etc.) Basic knowledge of SQL and Python , with experience in creating and optimising scripts for data processing Basic knowledge of HTML and JavaScript Strong problem-solving abilities to investigate and resolve technical issues that arise during campaigns Ability to provide technical support and training to team members, ensuring they are equipped to use campaign tools effectively Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Fluency in English and Polish Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, experience with BigQuery
