HP Inc Poland Channel team is looking to hire a Technical Consultant - Business Development Manager who will provide technical support to sales teams in the computer hardware area, build strong relationships with key customers from both private and public sectors, advise and influence strategic decisions, and tackle unique customer issues. In this position you will navigate technical customer challenges and work towards customer satisfaction and the organization’s growth.
Responsibilities
- Leading the design of complex, innovative, and strategic solutions that address unique customer challenges and align with the organization’s long‑term goals.
- Fostering deep and strategic relationships with key customers and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and influencing their business decisions.
- Delivering compelling presentations and engaging with executive‑level end customers, articulating the value proposition of the organization’s solutions in alignment with the customers’ business goals.
- Leading the design and implementation of highly intricate integrations with third‑party solutions, showcasing the organization’s ability to seamlessly connect diverse technologies.
- Tackling intricate technical challenges and unexpected customer issues with innovative problem‑solving skills, demonstrating an ability to handle complex scenarios.
- Leading or contributing to high‑impact initiatives that drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, or enhance customer experience.
- Identifying potential risks associated with complex solutions and developing strategies to mitigate them, ensuring successful project outcomes.
- Organizing innovation workshops to explore new ways to address customer challenges and create novel solutions.
Education & Experience Recommended
- University degree in Business, Marketing or Technical field is not necessary but a strong advantage.
- Ideally 7‑10 years of work experience preferably in technical selling, consultative selling, account management in the computer hardware field.
Knowledge & Skills
- Polish computer hardware market knowledge.
- Ability to create clear functional and technical responses for RFx.
- Strong communication and presentations skills; proven experience delivering effective presentations to technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Customer focus.
- Result‑orientation.
- Ability to work effectively in a team in a global environment.
- Good knowledge of Polish and English, spoken and written.
- Willingness to travel around Poland 50% of the time.
Compensation
The on‑target earnings (OTE) range for this role is 255,850 PLN gross to 387,850 PLN gross annually, with a 80%/20% (salary/incentive) mix. There are additional compensation opportunities in accordance with the relevant plans and policies. Pay varies by job‑related skills, effort, responsibility, working conditions, experience and work location.
