DiPocket is a B2B2C Fintech offering turnkey white labelled embedded payments solutions ranging from financial apps for loyalty and customer acquisition to physical and virtual gift cards, to cards for disbursements (e.g. loans, gig economy, employee benefits) to wearables for cashless events. A principal member of Mastercard and VISA, DiPocket operates across the EEA with a focus on Central Europe and offers tokenizable cards in most European currencies. As a Technical Integration Manager joining our team, your main responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and managing end-to-end payment API and web-based solutions, ensuring technical accuracy, compliance, integration, and continuous process improvement while collaborating with clients and internal teams. Design and validate end-to-end payment API product solutions, web-based solutions for business clients. Gather technical requirements, describe solutions in detail, and ensure business needs are met. Lead technical meetings with clients and internal teams, resolve technical questions, and coordinate implementation and testing. Configure, test, and integrate payment-related systems and processes. Manage technical certification, solution integration, and documentation. Manage the developments needed for end-to-end solution delivery. Provide technical expertise, support internal teams within the appropriate scope, and maintain documentation for solutions. Propose improvements and automation of processes to optimize technical delivery. Follow internal, compliance and AML/CTF standards related to data security and compliance. Excellent analytical skills, able to dive into specs, flows, and payment data.
