Our client, a leading global bank, is seeking an experienced ApptioOne Technical Business Management Specialist to join their Chief Technology Office (CTO), TBM & FinOps team in Krakow, Poland. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing internal cost recovery and application insights using the ApptioOne system.

Position Overview

As the ApptioOne Technical Business Management Specialist, you will take the lead on technical design work to uplift ApptioOne in support of on‑premise FinOps. You will hold accountability for aspects of the existing ApptioOne model and build trusted relationships with technology specialists, serving as a key point of contact for their ApptioOne integration and reporting needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design work to uplift ApptioOne in support of on‑premise FinOps
• Take accountability for aspects of the existing ApptioOne model
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with technology specialists
• Serve as a key point of contact for ApptioOne integration and reporting needs
• Analyse and troubleshoot existing ApptioOne configuration for improved accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align initiatives with organisational goals and priorities
• Identify, develop, and execute opportunities to optimise costs, maximise value, and improve overall efficiency for on‑premise infrastructure

Requirements

• Completion of the "Apptio Certified Practitioner: ApptioOne TBM Studio Configuration" training course and/or experience working within Apptio TBM Studio
• Working knowledge of Enterprise Infrastructure including Data Centres, Servers, Storage and Mainframe technologies
• Demonstrable experience collecting, cleaning, analysing, and building models and reports using financial, operational, and human resource data
• Ability to identify and interact with technical subject matter experts and technology managers, building relationships to collect, map, validate and report data
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to translate between business and technical requirements
• Proven problem‑solving abilities and innovative thinking to challenge conventional approaches and create new ways of working
