- 6+ years in data analytics or related fields
- Strong experience with Hadoop or Google Cloud Platform
- Skilled in technical business analysis, requirements gathering and solution design
- Agile/Scrum experience; familiar with Confluence and JIRA
- Expertise in system analysis to identify gaps and improve systems by understanding technical aspects such as APIs, data mapping and integration
- Experience with data governance processes, data lake architectures and metadata
- Understanding of data architecture and data modelling
- Bonus: NoSQL experience (e.g. MongoDB) and financial services knowledge
