About-project : As a Technical Business Analyst, you will be part of the regional systems transformation team responsible for the implementation of 3 E finance system into our 20+ offices across Europe. You will work closely with the Integrations Developers and with the Business Analysts to gather requirements make sure everything is documented from a technical point of view, and the solution can be successfully handed over to operations/supporting teams. The position is 12-month contract with possible extension. responsibilities : Work with project manager and technical project team to successfully deliver project. Gather requirements from the business analysis team and translate them into technical specifications and change. Produce clear and precise documentation that will support technical development requirements. Ensure all technical documentation is updated to reflect the new to-be state. Plan and oversight the transfer of key information necessary for the support, operation and acceptance of solutions deployed into production. Prepare operational readiness and support documentation. Be involved in transition and cutover plans including infrastructure/application support models, change management, learning & communication deliverables. Communicate proactively to ensure that project blockers, risks and issues are identified, noted and addressed. Achieve technical knowledge of the 3 E system to be able to advise on technical decisions/configuration. Build and provide data mappings between the core system (3 E) and peripherals. Any other relevant tasks related to supporting technical teams to build new technologies that are required by the project. requirements-expected : Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant field. Min. 3 years of experience in technical IT role, including experience in documenting requirements and specifications for technical development. Experience with large system implementations. Defining support models or experience from support organization. Experience in Agile project management and agile approach to manage requirements. Excellent level of business English (required), knowledge of German, French, Italian, Polish, would be an advantage. Excellent problem-solving skills. Technical driven mindset and business system-integration focused skillset. Ability to build internal and external relationships. Good understanding of importance of team communication.
