Identity Bridge Business Analyst (IAM)

Contract type: B2B
Work model: Hybrid – up to 6 days per month from the office (preferred: Kraków, alternatively Warsaw)

Role Overview

The Identity Bridge Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and managing business requirements related to Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, supporting the development and delivery of Identity Bridge services.

This role acts as the primary point of contact for assigned epics from initiation through deployment, ensuring alignment between business needs, technical feasibility, and security standards.



    Mandatory Skills & Experience

    • 6+ years of experience as a Software Business Analyst
    • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
    • Strong understanding of:
      • Personal vs service accounts

      • Privileged vs non-privileged access
      • Human vs system-to-system identities
    • Knowledge of IAM technologies, database structures, and API integrations
    • Solid experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
    • Proven ability to document clear, structured business and functional requirements
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation capabilities
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Technical understanding of IAM-related platforms and environments, such as:
      • Active Directory

      • LDAP
      • UNIX / iSeries
      • Databases

    Certifications (Nice to Have)

    • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
    • Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA)
    • Security certifications (optional):
      • CISM

      • CISA

    Optional Skills

    • At least 2+ years of experience developing or working with ServiceNow applications

      ,[Gather and document business requirements for Identity Bridge APIs and workflows in line with established IAM standards, Identify and engage all relevant stakeholders to ensure complete and accurate requirement coverage, Analyze current (AS-IS) processes and perform gap analysis to define future requirements, Validate requirements through technical reviews to ensure feasibility, Ensure all requirements comply with IAM controls and security standards, Lead requirement reviews to obtain sign-off from Product Owners and delivery estimates from technical teams, Create and manage user stories in Jira, ensuring proper linkage to delivery team boards, Track story progress and ensure timely completion, Monitor milestones and deadlines, proactively flagging risks or issues, Support deployment planning by leveraging in-depth knowledge of assigned epics, Define and execute communication plans in collaboration with the Product Owner, Support priority discussions by clearly articulating business value, Manage and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), acting as the main point of contact and prioritizing issues, Provide consultancy support to other initiatives when required, Estimate tasks and support planning activities to enable delivery forecasting, Support task prioritization and allocation, Conduct Business Analyst story reviews when required, Facilitate and present Show & Tell sessions, Analyze data usage and identify potential data quality risks, Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within IAM delivery teams, Maintain awareness of operational risk and proactively mitigate potential issues, Escalate risks, issues, or concerns to the Project Manager, Perform any additional duties necessary to support successful project delivery Requirements: Business Analyst, IAM, API, Communication skills, Active Directory, Unix, Certified Business Analysis Professional, CISM, CISA
