Overview
Join us as a Technical Business Analyst at BEC Financial Technologies in Warsaw, Poland. You will work with the OpenUI Platform team, playing a key role in securing a mature platform, onboarding new areas, and modernizing existing solutions. Remote work is possible up to eight days per month.
Responsibilities
- Clarify and align expectations and requirements with product owners and architects.
- Drive projects, including ongoing clarifications and coordination.
- Communicate and align with internal and external stakeholders at varying levels.
- Improve platform compliance and engage with future users to prepare for upcoming quarters.
- Design solutions and collaborate with solution owners and domain architects.
- Work with a cross‑functional team (frontend, mobile, DevOps, architects) and external vendors.
- Travel to Denmark 1–3 times per year.
- Participate in daily meetings, planning, and refinement within an agile setup.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or at least three years of relevant work experience as a business analyst with project management experience.
- Professional communication skills with stakeholders at different levels.
Nice‑to‑have
- Experience in large‑scale client‑facing web and mobile applications.
- Background in the finance industry or similar controlled sectors.
- QA experience.
- Desire to teach others within BEC on how to collaborate and coordinate when building applications.
