Join a dynamic global technology team supporting the Investment Banking sector, delivering advanced solutions for high-volume trading and financial reporting systems. The department provides technology services for markets and securities, working closely with stakeholders across Europe and Asia to enhance systems critical to Product Control and Risk Management functions. The current focus is on the strategic development of a global analytical and reporting platform that supports independent P&L analysis, valuation control, and regulatory compliance.

responsibilities :
Serve as the bridge between Product Control stakeholders and development teams to ensure alignment of business and technical goals.
Translate complex financial and business requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications.
Design scalable and compliant solutions that contribute to long-term architecture objectives.
Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and conduct training workshops for technical teams to enhance their financial domain knowledge.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation such as process flows, glossaries, and FAQs.
Support business users by analyzing data, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring data accuracy.
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and team discussions, contributing to problem-solving and innovation.
Collaborate across locations (Poland, UK, India, China) in a distributed team environment.
requirements-expected :
Business Analysis: Proven experience in gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements; strong skills in workflow/process modeling (e.g., UML).
Finance Domain Expertise: In-depth knowledge of financial instruments (derivatives, equities, FX, etc.) and Product Control processes including P&L reporting, trade lifecycle, and regulatory frameworks.
Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL for data analysis, with familiarity in data modeling, ETL, and basic scripting (Python); advanced Excel skills.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead workshops and produce high-quality documentation.
Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams including Finance, Risk, and IT.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to investigate complex data issues and propose efficient solutions.
Agile Methodology: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with tools like Jira and Confluence.
Regulatory Awareness: Understanding of financial regulations and how they impact systems used by Product Control and Risk Management teams.
