Support multiple DevOps projects through analysis, planning, application build, testing, migration, and post-implementation support.
Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements from stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment across teams.
Collaborate with DevOps engineers to improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and automation workflows using tools like Jenkins, Ansible, and GitHub.
Perform data extraction and analysis to support decision-making, troubleshoot incidents, and identify areas for process improvement.
Maintain project documentation and reporting using Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office tools to ensure transparency and progress tracking.
Drive process optimization initiatives by mapping and analysing workflows to identify automation and efficiency opportunities within the DevOps environment.

+5 years’ experience with software delivery in banking / finance / fintech
Independent worker with ‘can do’ attitude, ability to learn quickly, and strong sense of ownership to get the job done (high priority)
Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Proven capability in identifying root causes, troubleshooting incidents, and developing effective solutions (high priority)
Good written & verbal communication skills and people skills, and build good working relationships with team and wider stakeholders (high priority)
Ability to speak / read in additional languages an advantage
Broad knowledge of IT controls and best practice
Project experience across large matrix organisation
