We are seeking Business Analyst with a strong focus on technology to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. The role requires close collaboration with technical teams to identify, analyze, and document use cases, processes, and system requirements.
Hybrid working system (6 days per month from the office in Kraków)
responsibilities :
Gather and analyze business and technical requirements.
Map and optimize processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Perform root cause analysis to identify technical and process-related issues.
Collaborate with technical teams to align infrastructure technologies with business needs.
Identify and document technical use cases to support IAM solutions.
Act as a key liaison between stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Develop process documentation, reports, and workflows using tools like MS Excel and Visio.
Contribute to the implementation and improvement of Privileged Access Management (PAM) processes.
Engage and coordinate with global teams to ensure alignment and delivery.
Ensure deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.

Proven experience in requirements gathering and process mapping.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and document technical use cases.
Solid understanding of infrastructure technologies and IAM concepts.
Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM).
Ability to perform root cause analysis and resolve technical issues.
Effective stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Visio for documentation and analysis.
