responsibilities :
Gathering and managing detailed business and technical requirements
Documenting existing processes and defining the future „to-be” state
Mapping complex processes with a focus on precision and clarity
Collaborating with IAM specialists to design robust authentication solutions
Building test cases to validate compliance with target states
Creating support and business-as-usual (BAU) process documentation
Performing root cause analysis and identifying process improvement opportunities
Coordinating with global and remote teams using digital collaboration tools
Engaging and managing stakeholders, presenting deliverables confidently
Supporting the transition of solutions from development to operations

Strong process mapping and analytical skills with attention to detail
Proven experience in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements
Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies and principles
Expertise in networking technologies such as VPNs and proxies
Proficiency in tools like MS Excel, Confluence, and Jira
Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver high-quality output
Root cause analysis capabilities to identify and resolve issues effectively
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Confidence in presenting progress and findings to diverse audiences
