We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Clients behalf for a person in the following role:

Technical Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

1. Business and technology analysis
2. Conducting detailed business analysis with a focus on technological aspects
3. Working closely with technology experts and Identity and Access Management (IAM) specialists to deliver projects
4. Building relationships and communicating effectively with key people in the organisation

Requirements:

1. Strong process mapping skills
2. Strong analysis skills
3. Detail-oriented and meticulous in their documentation
4. Experience in documenting existing processes and the to be state
5. Ability to build test cases to validate compliance with target state
6. Experience in creating artefacts for support/BAU processes
7. Past experience in supporting a transition from development to operations
8. Understanding of networking technologies including VPNs & Proxies
9. Experience of working closely with IT developers/engineers and operational teams
10. Ability to work with remote teams and communicate effectively using digital collaboration tools
11. Root cause analysis skills
12. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
13. Confident at presenting what they are working on
14. Positive team player working as part of a large programme; questioning mind to fact find and challenge where appropriate
15. Accountability for deliverables and proven track record of delivering on schedule
16. Good time management
17. Must be self-sufficient; able to deliver quality output without supervision
18. Proficient with MS Excel, Confluence, Jira

Desirable Skills:

1. Understanding of MFA and Passwordless is beneficial
2. Microsoft AD / EntraID / IAM experience
3. Experience of working with global teams
4. Experience with IAM account recover and reset journeys

Recruitment Process:

Two online meetings with hiring managers, followed by an initial phone screening with our recruiter.

Hybrid work: 6 days per month from the office in Cracow or Warsaw.
