‍Required qualifications:

• At least 4 years of experience in business and systems analysis.
• Ability to analyze business needs and technical requirements, as well as prepare detailed project documentation.
• In-depth analysis of technical aspects of projects, including system architecture, API integrations, databases, and other technology components.
• Knowledge of tools supporting the creation of software architecture diagrams.
• Technical understanding and basic programming skills (JavaScript/Java/Python, SQL, HTML).
• Strong problem-solving skills, flexibility, and a proactive approach.
• Knowledge of business processes and the ability to understand complex client needs.
• Experience in managing a backlog in JIRA.
• Proficiency in English and Polish (B2+ level), enabling fluent communication with clients.

Preferred skills:

• Experience as a Product Owner will be an additional asset.
• Familiarity with requirements description methods such as user stories and use cases.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with complex corporate applications.
• Ability to use artificial intelligence tools to automate backlog management.
