• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, including at least 2 years in Identity & Access Management.
• Knowledge of IAM for personal and service accounts, differences between privileged and non-privileged accounts, and Human vs System-to-System access.
• Understanding of IAM technologies, database structures, and API usage.
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proven ability to document requirements, excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Technical proficiency with Active Directory, LDAP, UNIX, iSeries, and databases.
• Business Analysis certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) – security certifications (CISM, CISA) are a plus.

Optional Skills

• At least 2 years of experience developing ServiceNow applications.

,[Gather business requirements for Identity Bridge APIs and workflows in line with HSBC standards., Identify stakeholders and ensure all aspects are captured in the requirements., Analyze AS-IS processes and perform GAP analysis to translate into requirements., Validate feasibility of requirements through technical reviews., Ensure compliance with HSBC IDAM controls and standards., Conduct business requirements reviews, obtain sign-off from Product Owner, and secure estimates from the technical team., Document user stories in Jira and monitor their progress., Support deployment planning, communication plans, and UAT processes., Facilitate Show & Tell sessions, manage risks, and contribute to continuous improvement in IAM processes.
