We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are effectively translated into technical solutions. The Technical Business Analyst will work closely with various stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and ensure the successful delivery of initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or similar role in a technical environment.

• Strong understanding of business processes, systems integration, and technology solutions.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and ability to translate business requirements into user stories.

• Knowledge of databases, SQL, data modeling, and system architecture.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.

• Familiarity with project management tools e.g., Jira, Confluence, etc.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in software development, application architecture, or systems integration, (advanced SQL Plus, PL/SQL, Python, PySpark)

• Knowledge of specific industries (e.g. finance, healthcare, etc.) or technologies (e.g., cloud, CRM systems) is a plus.

• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or Agile (e.g., CSM) is a plus.

• Experience in working on the business side, preferably in banking sector is a plus.

System Testing & Quality Assurance: , • Assist with the creation and execution of test plans to validate system functionality and performance. , • Ensure that all technical solutions meet the specified business requirements. , • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and manage feedback to resolve any issues or enhancements. , 5. Project Support: , • Assist in project planning, including defining milestones, deliverables, and timelines. , • Track progress and ensure that projects remain on schedule.
