As aTechnical Business Analyst – PAM , you will be working for our client, a global leader in financial services, engaged in a transformative Identity and Access Management program. You will play a key role in shaping the future of Privileged Access Management by gathering requirements, mapping processes, and collaborating with technical specialists to deliver efficient and secure solutions. Your efforts will ensure the bank’s infrastructure technologies are optimized for performance, security, and compliance within this dynamic environment.

Your main responsibilities:

• Gathering and analyzing requirements from stakeholders to support project objectives
• Mapping processes and identifying use cases for Privileged Access Management solutions
• Collaborating with technical teams to document and understand technical use cases
• Conducting root cause analysis to address and resolve complex issues
• Optimizing processes to maximize efficiency and minimize risks
• Engaging with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication
• Supporting the design and implementation of PAM tools and solutions
• Delivering high-quality documentation using tools like MS Excel and Visio
• Ensuring accountability for deliverables and maintaining a track record of on-time delivery
• Collaborating with global teams to support project success

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven experience in requirements gathering and process mapping
• Solid analytical skills with a track record of identifying use cases
• Technical understanding of infrastructure technologies
• Hands-on experience in Privileged Access Management (PAM)
• Proficiency in root cause analysis and problem-solving
• Stakeholder engagement skills to manage diverse interests effectively
• Expertise in tools like MS Excel and Visio
• Ability to optimize processes for better efficiency and control
• Positive attitude as a team player within large programs

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Prior experience with financial projects or systems
• Experience working with global teams
