About the project
We're looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join our team and support the development of digital solutions for Flight Operations in the Aviation industry. In this role, you'll act as a Product Owner, working at the intersection of business and engineering. Your mission is to bridge complex technical requirements with operational needs, ensuring our aviation software is reliable, efficient, and innovative.
Your responsibilities
- Act as a Product Owner for Flight Operations digital solutions
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize business and technical requirements
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams, stakeholders, and partners to align solutions with business goals
- Support teams working in a SAFe Agile environment
- Identify opportunities for innovation in aviation software through market and customer analysis
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to senior management and customers
Our requirements
- Engineer or Master"s degree in Software Engineering, Aeronautics, or equivalent experience
- Experience in the aeronautics sector is essential
- Solid background in Software Engineering
- Experience working with SAFe Agile methodology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High energy, drive to innovate, and a collaborative team spirit
- Ability to stay focused and self-motivated to deliver beyond expectations
- Excellent written and spoken English at negotiation level.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders
