Our client, a leading financial services company, is looking for a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst with expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The position involves working in a complex, integrated digital environment with a focus on marketing and financing products. You will play a key role in requirement analysis, platform integration, and project coordination in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Technical Business Analyst – Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
Your responsibilities
- Gather, define, and manage business and technical requirements using Jira and Confluence
- Support Product Owners in designing and planning complex features and system integrations
- Coordinate and conceptualize automated rate precalculations and data retrieval processes
- Oversee and understand the full technical platform architecture, including systems such as AEM, Salesforce, AWS, WebCalc, and Headless CMS
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment
- Participate in API design and testing, preferably using Postman and OpenAPI
- Analyze system logs and performance using tools like Datadog (nice to have)
- Manage project timelines, dependencies, and releases; align with internal and external stakeholders
Our requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role as a Technical/IT Business Analyst
- Strong hands-on experience with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager)
- Proven experience in gathering and managing technical requirements
- Familiarity with API integration and testing tools (Postman, OpenAPI)
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and log analysis platforms (Datadog is a plus)
- Understanding of complex IT environments, including AWS, Salesforce, and Headless CMS
- Ability to work independently with ownership and responsibility for delivery
- Excellent communication skills and experience in stakeholder management
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
