Technical Asset Management Analyst

Location: Warsaw

Responsibilities

  • Monitor performance of PV assets with a strong focus on data accuracy and analytical insights.
  • Work extensively with Power BI to identify errors, looking for improvements and data excellence
  • Analyse operational and SCADA data to identify anomalies, trends and underperformance.
  • Support decision-making by translating data findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with O&M and Asset Management teams to clarify data issues and support troubleshooting from the analytical side.

Optional:

  • Participate in root-cause analyses using data-driven methods.
  • Develop automated data-quality checks and enhance internal reporting processes.
  • Support testing and implementation of new analytical or monitoring tools.
  • Coordinate with external service providers to obtain missing or corrected datasets.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical mindset with proven experience in Power BI
  • Ability to work with large datasets and identify inconsistencies or anomalies.
  • Basic understanding of PV operations or willingness to learn technical fundamentals.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Optional:

  • Familiarity with SCADA/monitoring platforms (reading data rather than troubleshooting).
  • Skills in Excel, SQL or Python for extended analysis.
  • Understanding of performance metrics used in renewable energy.
