Apply for this role at R.Power Renewables, a leading renewable energy developer in Central and Eastern Europe focusing on large-scale photovoltaic (PV) and energy storage projects.

We are currently looking for an experienced Technical Asset Management Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the performance of PV assets with a strong focus on data accuracy and analytical insights
  • Work extensively with Power BI to identify data errors, improvements, and opportunities for data excellence
  • Analyse operational and SCADA data to identify anomalies, trends, and underperformance
  • Support decision‑making by translating data findings into actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with O&M and Asset Management teams to clarify data issues and support troubleshooting from an analytical perspective

Optional Responsibilities

  • Develop automated data‑quality checks and enhance internal reporting processes
  • Support testing and implementation of new analytical or monitoring tools
  • Coordinate with external service providers to obtain missing or corrected datasets

Requirements

  • Strong analytical mindset with proven experience in Power BI
  • Ability to work with large datasets and identify inconsistencies or anomalies
  • Basic understanding of PV operations or willingness to learn technical fundamentals
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders

Optional Requirements

  • Familiarity with SCADA or monitoring platforms (data analysis rather than troubleshooting)
  • Skills in Excel, SQL, or Python for advanced analysis
  • Understanding of performance metrics used in the renewable energy sector

We Offer

  • Work in a leading renewable energy company in Poland and Europe — together, we contribute to environmental protection
  • Opportunity for temporary relocation and work from another R.Power office in Europe
  • Training programme for employees at all organisational levels
  • An attractive benefits package, including Luxmed medical care and a Multisport card
  • Hybrid work model (4 days in the office + 1 day remote)
  • Integration and sports budgets — we care about relationships and health
  • A modern office near the Politechnika metro station, with a well‑equipped kitchen
  • A workplace that values a positive atmosphere, growth, and strong professional relationships
