Responsibilites:

• Design and implement solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring technical feasibility and economic viability
• Define the scope, software architecture, process design, and cost estimation for upcoming projects, specifically within the SAP HCM solutions portfolio
• Collaborate with the bid team to prepare and present project proposals for external clients
• Analyze technology trends and advise stakeholders on the implementation of relevant SAP HCM products and technologies
• Lead a team of SAP consultants, fostering skill development and team growth

Requirements:

• Successfully completed at least one project as a Technical Architect/Technical Lead in an SAP HCM environment
• Strong technical background in ABAP and ABAP OO
• Deep understanding of end-to-end business processes in enterprises and their mapping in S/4HANA, particularly within HCM, as well as all stages of a project"s lifecycle
• Extensive knowledge of the SAP HCM solutions portfolio.
  
  Awareness of new SAP HCM products, including industry-specific solutions tailored to various sectors
• Excellent communication and top-level presentation skills
• Proficiency in English and/or German

• Familiarity with modern technologies, Gen AI, SAP Joule
