• We are looking for a Technical Architect to lead the technical design and implementation of cloud contact center solutions.
• In this role, you will be responsible for defining end-to-end architectures, integration patterns, and scalable solutions across CCaaS platforms such as Amazon Connect or Genesys.
• You will guide development teams, ensure adherence to best practices, and collaborate closely with business architects and delivery managers to deliver secure, and high-performing solutions in international projects.

What you bring:

• 5+ years of experience in contact center technologies and solution architecture
• Expertise in CCaaS platforms (Amazon Connect, Genesys, or similar)
• Knowledge of WFM, ticketing systems, and AI integrations
• Strong understanding of cloud services, preferably AWS
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, CI/CD pipelines)
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent English language skills are a must!
