Responsibilities
- Creating high-quality technical documentation that meets company guidelines (data sheets, package slips, user manuals, online manuals, and instructional product videos)
- Providing guidelines for preparing and editing technical documentation
- Conducting technical edits on technical documentation in line with company guidelines and checklists (correcting contextual issues, content organization, or formatting errors)
- Generating multilingual documents through our internal system
- Publishing documents on our website
Our Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree
- Excellent command of written and spoken English (min. C1 level)
- Ability to solve problems independently
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel to company HQ in Germany for trainings
- CV in English
Optional
- 3+ years of experience in preparing and creating technical information
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or related field
- Good command of written and spoken German (min. B2 level)
- Experience in creating and editing technical documentation using Adobe FrameMaker, Adobe RoboHelp, or similar software
- Experience in creating instructional videos
