Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team with technical customer inquiries across the entire HARTING portfolio as second and third level support, including design‑in support
- Identify customer‑specific solutions and hand them over to the relevant department
- Maintain and provide a knowledge database for technical support to increase efficiency
- Support and participate in HARTING sales events with customers
- Coordinate technical complaints internally and externally in collaboration with adjacent departments
- Conduct regional competitor analysis
- Support change and discontinuation processes
- Organize and conduct internal technical training sessions
Required Qualifications
- Successfully completed technical training or a comparable qualification, preferably in an electrical engineering profession
- Excellent consulting skills for technical support
- Experience in supporting design‑ins
- Good knowledge of customers, markets, and competitors
- Confident use of MS Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- High level of initiative, flexibility, and organizational strength
- Fluent in German and proficient in English
- Experience in an international corporate environment and the associated processes and structures
