We are currently looking for a Technical Consultant to promote, support sales of our advanced and innovative products to hospitals and healthcare professionals in Central/East part of Poland.

To succeed, you’ll need experience in medical sales or technical support, fluency in Polish and English, and residency in one of the central Poland voivodeships. Areas to be covered: Mazowieckie, Łódzkie and Lubelskie regions.
Sell and promote the innovative range of Advanced Surgical Technology products: stapling & advanced energy.
Provide product demonstrations, installation and maintenance SI AST company products.
Provide follow-up support to company sales staff and customer personnel by providing technical support and information on specific applications.
Provide sales personnel with technical data necessary for the demonstration of products.
Make technical or scientific presentations at sales meetings and customer locations.
Conducts on-site education, consulting and supports establishment and maintenance of customer relations with healthcare professionals and organizations.
Acts as a liaison between sales personnel and technical staff in hospital.
Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in medical devices environment (but not a must).
Good knowledge of English spoken and written.
Proficiency in Polish language.
Computer literate.
Adaptability, ability and eagerness to learn.
Creative problem solving.
Cross cultural respect.
Customer focus, team player.
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
Sales abilities/persuasiveness, drive for results.
Ethical approach to sales responsibilities.
Preferred candidates will hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field and bring experience with tender procedures. They should preferably have a background in medical device sales, along with hands‑on experience working with minimally invasive surgery (MIS) devices.
