Support deployment and configuration of CX and CRM tools in local markets.
Execute functional and UAT testing; identify and track issues with technical teams.
Support integrations between CRM platforms and cloud data environments.
Adapt global solutions to local business requirements.
Maintain essential technical documentation and knowledge sharing.

5+ years of experience in technical, data, or platform-related roles.
Experience with CRM platforms and cloud-based data environments.
Solid understanding of Data Architecture, including data flows, integrations, and dependencies.
Familiarity with Azure-based tools (e.g. Data Factory, Databricks) and API integrations.
Knowledge of data quality, testing, and validation processes.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders.
