Your responsibilities:

• Working with the business, to define and document system specific User Stories. The requirements should incorporate acceptance criteria and definition of done criteria.
• Work in Sprint alongside the internal delivery team and contribute to the successful delivery of change, acting as a Proxy Product Owner i.e. ensuring the delivery team questions and queries are answered promptly, supporting Story Point estimations and validating User Story delivery.
• Lead workshops to gain understanding of business problems and identify possible solutions.
• Lead the Sprint Planning sessions and work with the team to plan the Sprint Commitments.
• Lead the daily Stand-ups for your Delivery Team and ensure delivery of Stories as per the Sprint Commitment.

We want you to have :

• Experience in Systems Analysis principles, practices, techniques and tools.
• Deep understanding of User Story creation in adherence with INVEST principles.
• Experience of working in an Agile development environment.
• Strong, creative analytical approach with attention to detail and ability to articulate thoughts & solutions in a logical manner.
• Experience and understanding of Agile Technical Product Ownership role.
• Proven experience working on integrated website delivery projects.
