Position Overview

Autodesk Customer Success is looking for a highly skilled Technical Adoption Specialist who is motivated to help our customers optimize their product investment and achieve measurable business outcomes.

You are a professional with design and manufacturing experience, supporting a broad range of technologies in large-scale environments. You will work closely with medium and large enterprise customers worldwide.

You will join the Technical Adoption and Success group within the Customer Technical Success team as part of our Customer Success organization – we are a team that values professional development and rewards high performance. The Technical Adoption Specialist group is responsible for maximizing the success of and return on investment for our strategic customers.

You will report to the Technical Adoption Manager. We offer hybrid contracts with no minimum office days.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver live coaching sessions to drive adoption of Autodesk Solutions
  • Build, maintain and deliver packaged service offerings to increase customer success and new product adoption
  • Conduct discovery meetings to assess customer needs, pain points and desired outcomes
  • Deliver digital content via webinars for end users to drive successful adoption of Autodesk solutions
  • Develop and update digital content adhering to the CTS standards of quality and consistency that solves specific customer difficulties
  • Design, build, and maintain the packaged service_floor catalogue to increase customer success and new product adoption

Minimum Qualifications

  • Fluent English required. Any additional European language skills (German, French, Spanish) is highly desirable
  • Expert knowledge of Autodesk Vault, Inventor and Fusion in a production environment
  • 5–6 years Design & Manufacturing or related field experience, including knowledge of industry needs and workflows
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Design & Manufacturing
  • Proven ability to be flexible and learn quickly in a fast‑paced environment
  • Enjoy external public speaking and delivering presentations
  • Additional knowledge of Autodesk products or other similar software is beneficial

Salary

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
